Pilates builds strength and increases range of movement through focused exercises. Improve posture, alignment, balance and coordination as you bring awareness to your body's movements and breath. This is a fun class that will expand what your body can do!
If you have a yoga/Pilates mat, please bring it to class. Otherwise we have some mats available for general use.

Floors are matted so you may bring a mat to define your space but it is not required.
